The bus arrives at Kikunduku Primary School to a warm welcome from the pupils. This was the German school connection working with Gap-Africa for the second time. Rheingauschule brings enormous enthusiasm and material input that continues Gap-Africa’s drive to make the teacher’s workplace the perfect environment for them to do what they want to do most – teach. Sixty new desks were made, twenty old broken desks repaired and an entire block of classrooms repainted as well as new art works added.
